By accessing or using getpulsewidth.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of Services
Pulsewidth builds and operates AI receptionist services for small businesses, including call answering, appointment booking, and frequently asked question handling. The Site provides information about these services and a means to book a demo. Any services beyond browsing the Site are governed by a separate agreement entered into directly with Pulsewidth.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to transmit harmful code.
4. No Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulsewidth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
6. Third-Party Services
The Site links to or embeds third-party services, including Cal.com for scheduling. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Pulsewidth unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
